Class Description
Tabata
A fast-paced, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to maximize results in minimal time. Expect short bursts of all-out effort followed by brief recovery periods to boost cardio endurance, burn calories, and build strength.
The Ride (Cycle)
An energizing indoor cycling class that combines motivating music, powerful climbs, speed intervals, and endurance challenges. Ride at your own pace while improving cardiovascular fitness and lower-body strength in a fun, team-driven environment.
Rock Bottom (Lower Body)
A strength-focused workout targeting glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. This class uses a mix of weights and bodyweight exercises to build power, improve stability, and sculpt your lower half.
Gun Show (Upper Body)
Build strength and definition in your arms, shoulders, chest, and back with this upper-body focused class. Expect controlled strength training, functional movements, and plenty of reps to leave your muscles feeling challenged and strong.
Bell Ringer
A full-body strength workout that puts every “bell” to work (Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells) combines FUNCTIONAL movements, controlled lifts, and conditioning intervals to build total-body strength and improve endurance.
Work the Room (Circuit)
A total-body workout that rotates through multiple exercise stations, combining strength and cardio. This class keeps your heart rate up while building muscle and improving endurance—perfect for those who like variety and constant movement.
Simply Stretch
A relaxing, low-intensity class focused on flexibility, mobility, and stress relief. Ideal for recovery days, beginners, or anyone looking to improve range of motion and reduce muscle tightness.
M.A.D. Balance (Balance & Recovery)
Move with purpose in this class designed to improve balance, coordination, core stability, and overall recovery. Using controlled movements and gentle strength work, M.A.D. Balance helps prevent injuries and supports long-term performance and mobility.
