Group EX Classes
If fewer than two participants are present 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, the instructor has the right to cancel the class.
Cycle Classes
If participants are not on or near their reserved bike 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, the bike will be given to a waiting individual.
If more than 5 minutes late to any class, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
