Being a collegiate athlete, I learned the knowledge and skills to take care of my health. I also learned that our health should never be taken for granted. Everyone deserves to have a long, enjoyable, and healthy
life. Passing on the knowledge, tools, and resources to others in a way that resonates is the core of wellbeing. I have a passion to give back and help others be prepared for what life holds.

Since 2004, I have provided personal training services and lead group fitness classes. My niche is coaching women & men over 40 years of age increase strength, bone density, mobility, flexibility and lose stubborn pounds by developing workouts that focus on developing more optimal movement patterns and meeting clients at their current fitness level.

Being involved in sports sparked a deep interest in human mechanics and how the body moves through sport and exercise. With that sparked interest I learned that there is something powerful about the connection one builds with fitness, whether it be with others, yourself, or the process itself. Through fitness, I have developed a true passion not only to become healthier, or helping others, but for creating meaningful, lasting impacts on every individual I work with.
