Our staff will assess your fitness level with a battery of test that will measure the following: resting heart rate, body composition, flexibility, cardiorespiratory conditioning, and muscular strength and endurance.
This information will provide you with a baseline measurement of your physical fitness. It will also assist us in developing an exercise program tailored to meet your individual goals and needs based on your current level of conditioning.

Metabolism Matters is a measurement of a participant’s unique Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). Using the measured RMR and other individual factors such as gender, age, activity level and weight management goals, you are provided with a personalized Total Daily Calorie Budget and general information on metabolism and nutrition.
