Get your weekend started with a morning park workout with the whole family, led by Power Station staff members.
This workout will be great for novices, veterans, and everyone in-between!
We will also be prepared to keep kids entertained with hula hoops, frisbees, and their own exercises.
We will lead you through a warm-up, body weight workout, and finish with a cool down for a total of 60 minutes.
