Welcome to week two of Make May Matter!

We have been chosen to be on No Glutes, No Glory. The points you earn this week will be added to No Glutes, No Glory’s team’s total. 


Our theme this week is Mental Health Matters.

We’ll focus on activities that will allow you to take a break, slow down, and de-stress.


Remember, each activity has an assigned point value. Use the tracker card to record your daily points and your weekly total.

Here are this week’s activities, including a link to a breathing exercise:

Me Time: Take 10 minutes just for you — take a walk, read a book, work on a hobby.

  • 1 point for every 10 minutes

Meditate: Practice a breathing exercise.

  • 2 points for every 5 minutes you spend practicing the

breathing exercise

Minimize Monitor Minutes: Turn off your device 30 minutes
before bed.

  • 3 points for every evening you do this
